YM Raja Nor Zihan binti Raja Mohsin is a Director for eBusiness & IT at the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE). Her primary job responsibilities involve strategizing and  implementing  MATRADE’s IT initiatives and  e-commerce.  She is actively involved in promoting the eTRADE programme, an e-commerce initiative implemented by MATRADE, to promote and assists Malaysian companies adopt e-commerce for exports.         

Prior to joining MATRADE in 1995, she was attached to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). Raja Nor Zihan holds an MBA and a BSc (Computer Science) from the USA after her graduation in Computer Science from UiTM.
