A company or brand must educate their target audiences on the product or services they are providing. This is one of the most important parts, by creating a strong foundation before concentrating on marketing and sales.
Melissa Chan is the founder and PR Adviser for EA Creative Media Relation, which helps companies or brands to create awareness through various media such as newspaper, magazines and digital channels (blogs, online magazines, news portals and websites). She has established strong connection with the media and links with business associates and customers to ensure effective results.
Armed with good communications and people skills, she has handled brands like Annick Goutal perfume, Peter Thomas Roth, Payot, Gatineau skincare and Bodytone Studio. Apart from that, she constantly does content development or copywriting and translations for her clients. She is a freelance writer for few online magazines, digital sites and newspaper like:

- Edited an article for InfoMed magazine
In Nov 2015, she gave a talk on public relations to a group of 300 (PR) students at UTAR (Kampar) campus, and being one of the panel of judges (judging press releases and feature articles) for their PR workshop.
